Pot Hole Reporting

Although City crews regularly patrol streets to identify pot holes and other road deficiencies, pot holes can develop quickly when temperatures hover around zero. We can use your help in identifying locations that require attention.

Details that are Important

Please be as specific as possible about the location of the pot hole and let us know as many of these details as possible:

  • street name
  • street address
  • which lane (for example, north bound)

To Report a Pot Hole

The location of the pot hole can be sent to us by email @ service@kenora.ca

You may also call The Pot Hole Hotline at 467-2334 and leave a message with the details.

Pothole complaints are addressed on both a priority and scheduling basis. On average, most pot holes are filled within a 12 to 48 hour period.

The Roads Department organizes maintenance procedures from the following location

Public Works Yard, Barskys Hill,
60-14th. Street North
